How consultancy works When none of these is the answer
You need 24/7 cover or somebody onsite. You need hardware, printers and desk support — that is a managed-IT firm, not us. You have one thing to build and nothing after it, so you should buy the build rather than a retainer. Nobody searches for what you sell, so search is the wrong channel entirely.
You stop shopping for five suppliers, and you never stop seeing one bill.

A tier is two value buckets, never one: the included hours and the managed Search & AI Visibility. Reading a tier by its hours alone understates it by roughly half, so every card above states both of them rather than the one that sounds cheaper.
Advisory work is charged separately, at €175 an hour, and never draws on a tier’s allowance — the whole line is on the consultancy page. And if you ask for work on an evening, a weekend or a public holiday, that is €75 an hour for development, whatever your tier, agreed in writing before anything starts.
