AI advice from people who still ship.
Where AI pays off, what to build versus buy, and how to stay the right side of the EU AI Act.

AI first, and the wider picture around it.
The work leads with AI strategy, adoption and EU AI Act readiness. When the question reaches past AI — architecture, product, the team — there is an operator’s read on that too.
If you already run GDPR properly, most of the AI Act is closer than it looks — from GDPR to the EU AI Act maps what carries over, and what has to be built from nothing.
- 01
AI strategy & adoption
The places AI actually pays off for you, evaluated from the outcome backwards instead of from the technology forwards.
- 02
EU AI Act & compliance
AI Act, GDPR and NIS2 readiness you can act on — mapped, scored, and with a named owner for every gap.
- 03
AI enablement & training
Your team fluent and your guardrails in place, in the tools they already use.
- 04
Technology & product audit
The build, buy or wait call, and what it really costs, before you commit a quarter to it.
- 05
Roadmap & architecture
A sequence that survives quarterly pressure, and the system design to carry it.
- 06
Founder & leadership sparring
A second operator in the room for the calls that do not have a clean answer.
When the answer is that you do not need us
Some of what people book an audit for is a decision they have already made and want confirmed, and some of it is a tool they are already paying for. We say so in the session rather than in the invoice, and you leave with a direction either way. The half-hour is credited in full against an audit or a retainer if you go on.
When the advice does turn into work, it moves to one of the five practices — what we do, and which one you need first. The advice is charged separately from the build.
You stop deciding in the dark, and you never stop seeing what it costs.
See the number, in the open.
Move the levers. The range settles as you go, and it is plain arithmetic off the published rate — no form, no wait, and no sales call to learn a price.
This is larger than one package. A 10-Hour Block (€1,575, saves €175) covers the core; the remaining ~8h run at €175. Past this size we would scope it as its own project, so you get a fixed shape.
Honest by design — real ranges from real hours at €175/hour. When a package costs less than the hours, we recommend it. No server, no AI: plain arithmetic you can check.
Four ways to bring us in.Every one of them is published.
Half an hour on the one thing that is stuck, a monthly retainer, a fixed-fee audit, or a block of hours you draw down for a year.
You stop circling one decision.

10 hours · valid 12 months

All prices excl. VAT.
The rate
€175
Per hour, excl. VAT — advisory and hands-on alike.
Retainer hours
4 a month
Unused hours roll over one month, then expire.
A block of hours
365 days
Ten hours, nine billed, drawn down whenever you need them.
Beyond the allowance
€175
The same rate again. No premium and no penalty.
Separately: if you ask for advisory work on an evening, a weekend or a public holiday, that is €215 an hour excl. VAT, whatever else you are on, agreed in writing before anything starts. It is billed on its own, it never applies to a response time already sold, and there is no emergency multiplier behind it.
This is separate from the platform subscription tiers, which cover portal and build work — those are on the pricing section. Larger builds become their own custom software project, scoped and quoted before anything starts.
